Lightweight Billet Aluminum 1.8T/2.0 Alternator Pulley
Ditch the heavy 1 lb clutched alternator pulley in favor of this billet aluminum version designed to reduce the rotating mass and get every last hp out of your engine. Our version weighs 5 times less than the OEM pulley, and because its made on a CNC has a total runout of less than .001″! All this means a smoother and quieter engine that revs quicker off idle. Installs quick but please follow all Volkswagen installation instructions.

Lightweight Billet 1.8T/2.0 Non-Underdrive Crank Pulley
Lose the boat anchor of that OEM steel crank pulley with this 230 gram lightweight billet aluminum version. It is the lightest crank pulley out there and will allow the engine to spool up faster while reducing inertial losses caused by the overweight OEM pulley. This pulley is NOT underdrive and will therefore not underdrive the alternator and cause charging problems.

Lightweight AND Underdrive Billet Aluminum 1.8T/2.0 Power Steering Pulley
A lightweight billet aluminum version of the OEM power steering pulley, sized to allow a 10% reduction in power steering pump rotational speed without affecting other accesories. This pulley will reduce the parasitic losses from the power steering pump at higher rpms by preventing pump over-rotation.

This pulley kit uses the OEM belt and fits all MK4 Golf, Jetta, GLI, New Beetle, and 337 1.8T and 2.0L engines, as well as all Audi TT MK1 1.8T 180hp and 225 hp.
